- **Managed sending** (waitlist) — stet sends broadcasts from your own domain — no ESP account needed. The price is set at first activation; activation takes weeks, not minutes.
- **Media** (5 / 25 / 100 GB) — Included by tier; overage is metered. Meters bill, they never hard-stop your site.
- **Hosted contacts** (1k / 10k / 50k) — Included by tier; overage metered. Self-hosted contacts live in your own Postgres and are never billed.
- **Reviewers** ($0) — Always. A reviewer is a signed link, not an account — client sign-off never costs a seat.
